WHAT IS DISC?
DISC is a personality profiling/behavior analysis tool (similar but less complex than Myers/Briggs) that was born at the turn of the century out of Harvard.
DISC provides a common language that people can use (without conflict) to better understand themselves and adapt their behaviors to others.
For more than 100 years psychologists, psychiatrists and more recently corporate executives have used DISC with great success to assist with Hiring, Management, mentoring, team building, relationship counselling and just about anything you can think of where human interaction is involved.
